Are you worried because you have collected excess weight, can not suppress the desire to eat and again surged. It is possible that your body needs calcium.
Calcium is not chalk, putty or toothpaste. It is chemical element that is necessary for human bones, teeth, nails. It also has properties knitting cholesterol in the intestine and neutralizing acids. Doctors appoint to children, pregnant women and elderly people a certain amount of calcium. Though it sounds strange, but norms of use of calcium for adults differ, it is recommended to use 800-1200 mg of calcium a day which contains in dairy products. Many of us accept calcium no more than 600 mg. and those who doesn't love dairy products suffer from a lack of calcium. It brings not only fragilities of nails and to caries, but also increase in weight.
In one of the research projects nutritionist Angela Tremblay from the Canadian University of Laban, the purpose of which was to examine the issues related to women's weight loss, she included in the diet of women calcium. To obtain accurate results, the experimental phase consisted of 60 women who were overweight. They were divided in two groups. In the first group together with low-calorie food women were given 1200 mg. calcium in day (2 tablets). In the second group they were given the similar tablets which aren't containing calcium (placebo). Within 4 months of the woman which used calcium lost weight by 6 kg. and in the second so-called control group of the woman lost 1 kg.
Researchers consider that deficiency of calcium promotes appetite improvement, to those products which use can result in surplus of weight. Apparently normal use of calcium regulates appetite.
