Milk



Milk very valuable product. It is slightly sweetish liquid of white and yellowish color. Milk contains proteins necessary to people, fat, carbohydrates, mineral substances and almost all vitamins. Cheese, yoghurt, milk products, ice cream are made of milk.

Useful properties of milk ensure bone health, smooth skin, a strong immune system, prevent high blood pressure, tooth decay, dehydration, respiratory problems, obesity, osteoporosis and even some cancers. Milk contains vitamins A, B, calcium, carbons, phosphorus, magnesium, protein, zinc and Riboflavin.

The medicine considers that milk is not only a useful product but also has curative properties. Almost at all diseases it is recommended to use dairy products. For example in Western Europe at cold it is recommended to eat yogurt every day, of course without sugar or at respiratory diseases it is recommended to apply on feet and palms melted butter from cow's milk. Duration of treatment is 2 months.

As a rule milk has to be used after thermal sterilization. At 100 degrees of heat all microorganisms are eliminated in milk, moreover the period of storage increases. Our widespread dairy products are sour cream and curd.  Curd as the food was known in ancient Rome, and Russians called it cheese, from here the name cottage cheese, though it is produced from curd.
